Focal ADAS is the on-site calibration partner that keeps the repair on the shop's floor. The vehicle never leaves, the documentation is carrier-ready, and the shop gets one invoice. No dealer waits, no transport, no cycle-time hit. Carrier-ready means just that: formatted so the insurance carrier approves and pays the calibration line without kicking it back for more information.
A partner that protects cycle time and gets the line paid.
Every benefit is built around the real constraints of a collision repair floor.
On the shop's floor, not three days out at a dealer
The technician keeps working while Focal ADAS calibrates on-site. No transport, no dealer queue, no delivery delay.
One itemized invoice, formatted for CCC, Mitchell, and Audatex
The invoice mirrors the OEM procedure steps and includes scans and photos, so the adjuster sees exactly what was done.
Net 30 or Net 45 terms available for repeat shops
Established shop accounts can bill on terms instead of paying per visit.
Documentation built so the carrier pays the calibration line
Pre-scan, post-scan, OEM procedure reference, setup photos, and a completion confirmation come with every job.
Calibration liability moves to a documented, insured specialist
When the calibration is performed and documented by a specialist, the shop has a defensible file if a system issue arises later.
Works around the shop's blueprint and schedule
Focal ADAS arrives when the vehicle is ready, not the other way around.
Three steps from vehicle in to report out.
Focal ADAS handles the calibration so the shop handles the repair.
Send the vehicle
Submit the year, make, model or VIN and the work performed. A reply with an arrival window comes back within the hour.
Focal ADAS arrives on-site
The technician calibrates every flagged system, usually in 30 to 90 minutes. The vehicle never leaves the shop.
The shop gets the full report
The complete documentation package and one itemized invoice land the same day, ready for the carrier.
Documentation that gets the calibration line paid.
The calibration is only half the job. The report is what gets you paid. Every calibration I do ships with the full package, formatted so the adjuster sees exactly what was done and the carrier pays the line without a fight.
What ships with every calibration
VIN-decoded vehicle details. Year, make, model, and trim pulled from the VIN so the report matches the exact vehicle on your floor.
Pre-scan with timestamp. A full diagnostic scan before I start, time-stamped, showing every code the vehicle came in with.
The OEM procedure I followed. The specific manufacturer procedure for that calibration, with the OEM position statement that requires it, so the need is documented, not assumed.
Setup photos from your bay. Frame placement, target distances, and conditions, photographed on-site, so there is visual proof the calibration was done to spec.
Calibration confirmation from the MaxiSYS. The completion record straight off the Autel MaxiSYS MS909, confirming the system calibrated successfully.
Post-scan with no new faults. A diagnostic scan after the work, confirming the codes are cleared and nothing new was introduced.
One itemized invoice. Formatted for CCC, Mitchell, and Audatex, so the line item drops straight into the estimate.
Why this matters for the carrier
When the documentation is this complete, the calibration stops being a line the adjuster questions and becomes a line the adjuster pays. Pre-scan, post-scan, the OEM procedure reference, photos, and a clean invoice mean there is nothing left to ask for. It is also your defensible file if a system issue is ever raised later: a clear record that the work was done right, by a documented specialist.
